South Tucson is a small city of its own, tucked inside Tucson, with a strong sense of family and plenty of pets who are part of it. When it's time to say goodbye, we come to your home, so your pet can be surrounded by the people who love them, with no car ride and no waiting room.
$405: At-home euthanasia
$555: At-home euthanasia with communal cremation, ashes not returned
$690: At-home euthanasia with individual cremation, ashes returned to you
That is the whole price. There is no travel fee, and nothing extra for evenings, weekends, holidays, or a bigger dog.
A lot of in-home providers charge more for a larger pet, more for the drive, and more after hours. We keep it simple: the figure above is what you pay.
REQUEST A VISIT CALL OR TEXT 520-600-0339
Someone is available to talk from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m., seven days a week. We do our best to fit in same-day requests, and if we can't come when you need us, we'll tell you honestly.
We give a two-hour arrival window, one hour either side of your appointment time, so we can arrive unhurried. And if you just want to talk things through before deciding anything, call us. There's no charge for that conversation.
South Tucson is close in for us, just south of downtown along South 4th and South 6th Avenues, so it's usually a quick drive. Street parking can be tight on some blocks, so if there's a better place for us to park, or a back gate we should use, let us know when you book.
We come to homes throughout South Tucson, including the neighborhoods along South 4th Avenue and South 6th Avenue and the streets on either side of them. Call or text 520-600-0339 and we'll confirm your address right away.
The veterinarian who comes to you does this work by choice. In-home euthanasia isn't a side service for us; it's the whole practice.
There's no schedule pressing on your visit. We stay as long as you need.
Nothing happens until you're ready. We start by sitting with you, learning a little about your pet, and answering every question, including the ones that feel hard to ask. Your pet stays wherever they're comfortable.
A sedative with strong pain medication comes first, and over the next five to fifteen minutes your pet drifts into a deep sleep. When you give the word, and not before, the veterinarian gives the final injection. It is gentle and quick.
You'll keep a clay pawprint and a lock of fur, and we'll give you all the time you need alone together.
When the visit is over, we take your pet into our care and arrange the cremation ourselves, so you have nothing else to organize. If you choose individual cremation, your pet's ashes are returned to you, and we'll let you know as soon as they're ready. If you choose communal cremation, your pet is cremated with other pets and the ashes are not returned.
If you're reading this because your pet has already died at home, we can still come. Body care means we travel to your home in South Tucson, take your pet into our care gently, and handle everything that follows, at $455 with communal cremation or $590 if you'd like the ashes back. Call or text 520-600-0339.
Yes. Everyone who loves your pet is welcome, children included, and your other pets too. Take as much time together as you need.
We do our best to come the same day or the next. Calling earlier in the day gives us the most room to come when you'd like.
No. The price is $405 any day of the week, for a pet of any size.
