Tucson Estates sits on the west side at the edge of Tucson Mountain Park, with mountain views out every window and a lot of retirees and their much-loved pets. When it's time, we come out to you so your pet can stay home, in the quiet they know.
$405: At-home euthanasia
$555: At-home euthanasia with communal cremation, ashes not returned
$690: At-home euthanasia with individual cremation, ashes returned to you
Tucson Estates is inside our service area, so there's no travel fee, and no added charge for evenings, weekends, holidays, or larger pets.
Many providers price by weight and add fees for the drive out and for evenings and weekends, so the number you're quoted is rarely the number you pay. We don't work that way. The price above is the price on your invoice.
REQUEST A VISIT CALL OR TEXT 520-600-0339
Call or text any day between 6 a.m. and 7 p.m. We'll find the soonest time that works, and we try hard to come the same day when that's what you need.
Rather than an exact minute, we give a two-hour window, one hour before and one hour after your appointment time, so the visit never starts rushed. Talking to us costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Tucson Estates is out past the Tucson Mountains along Ajo Way and Kinney Road. We usually come in by Ajo Way, and we'll give you an honest arrival window that accounts for the drive. Many homes are in communities with their own entry gates or space numbers, so tell us those details when you book.
We come to homes throughout Tucson Estates, including the neighborhoods off Kinney Road and Ajo Way and the homes near Tucson Mountain Park. That's a sample, not a boundary. Call or text 520-600-0339 to check your address.
A Luna veterinarian comes to your home for every appointment. Our veterinarians chose this work on purpose: gentle, in-home euthanasia is what they do, not something squeezed in between clinic appointments.
Nobody is on a stopwatch. The visit takes as long as you need it to.
The visit starts with a conversation, not a procedure. The veterinarian will want to hear about your pet and will walk you through each step in order. Your pet can rest wherever they're most at ease: in your arms, on their own bed, or out on the patio.
First comes a sedative with strong pain relief. Within five to fifteen minutes your pet is deeply asleep and comfortable. The final injection is given only when you tell us you're ready, and the passing is peaceful.
Before we leave, we make a clay pawprint and clip a lock of fur as keepsakes, and you'll have time alone with your pet.
We take care of everything after the visit. Your pet leaves your home with us, snuggled in a clean blanket, and we handle the cremation from there. With individual cremation, your pet's ashes come back to you, and we'll tell you when they're ready. With communal cremation, your pet is cremated alongside other pets and the ashes are not returned.
If your pet has already died at home, please call or text 520-600-0339. We can come to your home in Tucson Estates, gently take your pet into our care, and arrange the cremation: $455 for communal cremation, or $590 if you'd like your pet's ashes returned.
We do our best to come the same day or the next. Because it's farther west, calling earlier in the day helps us plan.
The community name, your space or lot number, and any gate code. If we need to check in at an office, tell us that too.
No. The price is $405 anywhere in our service area, with nothing added for the drive, evenings, weekends, holidays, or a larger pet.
